ENTRY PROCESS:
Your choice - An annual racing fee to cover all races is £80 or for a single event it’s £20.00 This is in place of up-front registration and allows drivers to dip in or out as they choose without hiking up the cost of a single entry.
A deposit of £100 will reserve your place (for each meeting) payable at a time to suit you.
12 days before the race the remaining deposits are counted. This will set the entry fee (check entry lists for reducing price breaks)
If you need to withdraw you can get your deposit refunded before the 12-day deadline. After this date all deposits are non-refundable (unless you’re a reserve and unable to get any track time) Qualifying sessions can accept 20% over grid capacity to accommodate attending reserves.
You will then be notified of the entry fee, and the balance is payable within 5 days. Don’t forget to add the race/club fee of £20 if you haven’t paid the £80 annual fee.
You can still enter after the 12-day deadline if there’s space - full entry fee required.
